Course Description

This programme has been designed to assist you in the preparation for the exciting course and career you have chosen.

This programme forms part of the Passenger Services Training module, you will be required to completed an assessment and it is therefore important that you complete this programme prior to the commencement of the Passenger Services Training module.

The public at large does not fully understand the role of being a Cabin Crew Member. This module will give you some insight into what you can expect. Being a Cabin Crew Member is not only about serving coffee and tea, rather that of a Safety Officer. The Aviation Industry’s primary concern is the safety of passengers, fellow crew and aircraft.
